Tess Healy is a glass and digital artist that is interested in bright illustrations, short animations, and colorful technical glass. She is focused on colorful illustrations and animations that have a sense of innocence, and glass that shows her technical skill while being playful and functional. She is passionate about creating work that inspires joy and her favorite aspect of glass and animation is the problem solving involved.

Tess was born in Cincinnati, OH and graduated with a BFA in Digital Arts from Bowling Green State University in 2017. She now lives in Toledo, OH and has worked at multiple glass studios in the area. She spent four years at the Toledo Museum of Art, three of them as the full-time Production artist where she led the GAPP residency program. Currently she is working at The Arts Commission as the Momentum Festival Coordinator, celebrating and supporting Toledo’s art and culture.
